No less than 4,300 chairs, 250 tables, 40 sofas, 70 armchairs, 85 lounge tables and 60 carpets were needed for this high-level conference for 2,500 global attendees.

Bella Center Copenhagen was transformed into a unique conference experience. The entrance to the plenum hall displayed an illusion of Nyhavn, specially designed for the event, while two open halls with carpets framed 125 breakout rooms. A central dining area offered lunch and snacks, surrounded by lounge spaces, thousands of chairs, tables and sofas carefully arranged for connection and work.

In the evening, employees joined dine-arounds across Copenhagen's restaurants, enjoying unique food experiences and lively conversations. The three-day event concluded with an informal and cozy gala dinner at Lokomotivværkstedet, featuring four giant live cooking stations. Guests enjoyed delicious food from various world kitchens, live music, laughter and cheer before heading home the next day.
